Integral renovation and modernization works focused on energy efficiency, seismic safety and housing well-being.
We have been selected, in the role of General Contractor, to carry out the complete renovation of a villa from the mid-1900s in the municipality of Fabbrico (RE) and convert it into a modern house. Energy and seismic efficiency works are essential, as well as all the works for the improvement of healthiness, which accompany and complete an architectural intervention of great value.
