Renovation of a historic building at the foot of Mount of Grumello, with seismic and thermal efficiency interventions through advanced techniques.
Only through seismic and thermal efficiency do historic buildings have the possibility of surviving, of being attractive on the constantly evolving market, as well as of being able to project themselves into the next fifty years. The need to reduce building management costs - usually high for historic buildings of this kind - and the growing sensitivity towards environmental and safety issues that strongly affect us and see us as an active part of the renovation process lead the user to demand standards ever higher.
For these reasons we have been asked to be part of the renovation process of this property at the foot of the mountain of Grumello (BG), already inhabited, which has been improved seismically with the reinforced plaster system and thermally with a rock wool coat.
